Y'know, I'm not involved in Yuletide, but I might have to give the Holmes/Lestrade one a go, just because the premise you've put forward strikes me as very intriguing and something that will take a good bit of wrestling before it comes out right. I loves a challenge! So... we'll see. :)

I'll admit, it's one that's been itching at me for a while, and I was hoping that non-Yuletide people would find a bit of inspiration here. If you want to take my Holmes challenge and run, go for it!
