If there's any justice in our world, at all, Nurse Olona will go to jail for this.

Pointed commentary for the new President's stance on gay marriage.

Michelle Obama's white dress is the talk of several towns. Or see for yourself. It is stunning.

1. The first lady is hot

2. The president is hot

3. I have my copy of Repo in hand on DVD (along with Dr.Horrible, which I went ahead and threw in with the order) - you want us to bring it over sometime to watch it?

I think both of the first lady's dresses had a weird 60's vibe to them.

The yellow dress looked too old for her.

The white dress....maybe it is the pictures I'm seeing, but it looks like it has little white puff balls stuck all over it.

And both dresses look kind of...lumpy? I really like the way she normally dresses, so maybe it is just too big of a jump for me.

Okay, she favors twin sets in the extreme, and a lot of times, I think I'm looking at someone who had posters of Jackie O up on her walls as a child.

And yes, the dress does seem to have little bobbles stuck to it randomly, which I grant is odd. Jason Wu tends to move more towards chiffons for formalwear, which is not a bad look, but obviously he has other fashion concepts. Still--it's traditional (wearing white for First Ladies) while at the same time looking like her kids helped her make it (the fashion version of the school macaroni plate of love), and she looked fresh and fun (her hair down, her makeup simple, "just Michelle" outlook)...which is far from the worst First Lady impression out there.

Someone should shove one of those IUD's down Nurse Olona's bitchy throat. She has no right to do that! >

I adore the fact that she says oh, well, you know, I don't deliberately remove them, it's just when I tug--

YOU DO NOT TUG. IUDs. OUT OF PEOPLE!

Clipping the threads shorter? Sure. They can cause irritation, it happens, there's even a special tool. Reaching in to tug the IUD? Of course it's going to come out!

Which makes her either maliciously fundamentalist, or irretrievably stupid, and either way, she needs to go to jail.
