Siege engine
Today was fun. I helped build a Trebuchet. We built the frame and firing arm, but the release mechanism and weight attachment are being built by someone else, so we didn't get to fire it today, plus it was in a driveway. Next weekend is test firing out on a farm, that should be really fun.

Back from the hospital
I spent the last two day in the hospital. It started Monday when I had pain in my lower stomach. I hadn't been hungry or eaten since Saturday, and though it was just gas. It slowly got worse over Tuesday and Wednesday, but I didn't have a fever, so I figured it wasn't appendicitis, and I had a doctors appointment Thursday, so I waited until then. ( Read more... ) -
