I believe Jake said it best:

Especially when one is and the other isn't.

I get that.

And even I have a hard time some nights taking my own advice of
"there's no point on dwelling on the past, it can't be changed."

Remember we make mistakes to learn from them, not punish ourselves by beating ourselves up for having made them.
