Anyway, I couldn't manage to write it down before, but lately we've tried to make good use of the japanese rice I had brought home from Rome. More practically, we used it to make some onigiri.

You can buy molds to get the perfect shape. I hear doing it by hand takes a while and is hard.

It's not that hard actually... it's not easy, but at least is fun! Molds are a good idea though, it would be nice to make some changes :D
