Nebraska, Days Three and Four

Day three was nice and leisurely. I made polymorphism a vegetable lasagne as a housewarming gift. Not my best -- I think it needed salt -- but it'll feed her for a week and she gets to keep the lasagne pan. We ran some other errands and worked on the official business of the trip. Honestly, there wasn't much to do; it was maybe half an hour

It should be noted that the lasagne remained excellent three days later, both cold and reheated. The three-cheese is not as nuanced as the seven-cheese but contains a wider variety of textures. It's also a bit easier to cut.

I'm glad to hear that. I had a feeling it might be better reheated.

I miss Artoo, too, but you're going to have to give him the bad news that I won't be able to make that trip again anytime soon (by which I mean, within the next three months).
