i finally caved and got the LJ plus account, which means that i can make my journal look snazzy without paying for it. personally, i'd prefer to create-my-own journal without having to learn LJ-ese, but heck, the style upgrade was a major improvement. now i just need to learn CSS (i get the concept but not the actual doing) and fix the colors and

I wish i could offer you advice, but i've put in just as much time and sent out as much emails to... find nothing really. I keep getting the "We'll keep your resume on file" emails back from a ton of companies. The economy is in the shits right now and well finding a job is a pain in the ass. I wish i could help. I could show you my resume if you wanted a reference, but well i haven't gotten anywhere with it so i'm not so sure if i'd be a big help. good luck!

honestly, temp work is the only work i've gotten that's not minimum wage or fairly close to it. :/ i've seen a couple of jobs up here that would look really good for you, minus the whole moving to oregon thing. would you like me to pass them on anyway?
