Hmm, it's a new season so I guess that means it's time for a fic post. New chapter of Shadows is up on the catsdream site - Precipice of Darkness ch4. Despite work and RL being a wee bit hectic, this part of the fic is FINALLY done. Glad to see another installment of the Shadows 'verse. Yes, I am getting impatient for some more action sequences and it seems as if one is now brewing. I really wanted to scream when you cut the scene where Omi starts to tell Keiko that he didn't give her his real name though. It would have been entertaining to see the scene play out if only for a few lines of Omi introducing himself and Keiko reacting ( ... )

LOL, I guess that was an evil cut, but I didn't want to spoil too much of that conversation. Why Omi's there is going to play out later in the fic, I just didn't want to tip my hand too much with where he's going with his plotting. Sorry you get to miss out on Keiko's reaction!

Well even just the few lines of telling who he is and getting her reaction could have cut away without tipping any more of his motive for the visit or the plot. I have always been the type who likes to see how the things play out rather than wondering if she was shocked, or if she may have suspected something like, "Yes, I know who you are" and cut. Now we have a new cliff hanger. Ah, well, maybe you'll fill us in on it later.

I'm glad we're seeing more of Omi and Nagi this time around and I'm curious as to what Reno and Rufus are up to :3

There'll be more Nagi and Omi in this story, and you'll get a hint of more Reno and Rufus as well. It won't play all out in this story, but most definitely will carry over into the next.
