Today on the way to work i saw a cat in the road. A non-moving lump. And at first i felt as if i had fallen into a choose-your-own-adventure book. "You see a lump in the road. What do you do? You're a very good person, Cat. It's so sad it didn't work out, but you did all you could and far more than anyone else. I can only hope that person who hit her didn't realize it (unless they were talking/texting on their phone; then they can burn in hell)

Ohhh poor kitty. I'm so sad you had to go through that, that whoever hit her didn't miss her or had stopped to help. You are such a good person to have brought her to the vet.
