We'll be going downtown tomorrow during Hystory of Mexican Graphic class to see José Clemente Orozco's murals. I'd be excited about it if I hadn't stared them until me eyes bled (okay, I exagerate, but) during my senior year of high school for a giant project in Art History. well, I am fucking impressed and give you a 12 out of ten. So there. Seriously though, charcoal is the worst. I could never do anything with it, not that I'm a great artist, btu still... It amazes me that people can make it work so beautifully like you have here. ♥

These are gorgeous (definitely deserving of an 8, if not an 11!) I particularly love the water-shadow in the first one, and the variance in the tone of the second one is wonderful! Awesome job! And in charcoal too, that is incredibly messy for works this size!
