If I won a huge giant lottery, I would buy this house, restore it to the way it looked during the DeFeo/Lutz years (i.e. refenestrate, repaint, etc.), and then turn it into a Haunted Attraction. I would conduct ghost tours, sleepovers, paranormal conferences. I would invite all the Ghostfacers-type TV show crews
