Well~ There is the fact that it's three people instead of just one, so if someone gets up in the middle of the night for whatever reason she's less likely to wake up and think she's suddenly all alone. CHIZU LOEV RAIKOU. They may not talk often but she thinks he's a great influence on Raphael and believes he genuinely cares about him, so she's automatically pretty fond of him for that. Raphael needs more people like that! Aaand it doesn't hurt that he keeps Raphael's attention off Michael, though that's less of a plus recently. But overall she thinks Raikou's a great guy and would not at all be opposed to harassing him more often.

THIS IS AN EASY QUESTIOn so I will answer it before bed.

Short answer: No. Devit's crazy is RIGHT OUT THERE and easy to recognize when it's close to getting triggered. She can spot when it's coming and take steps to dodge it or remove herself from the situation if needed. The whole "lol Chizu is recognizing crazy in her friends" comment deals more with the angel situation and her owing a favor to Rhode. Rhode showed up while she was switched with Rabi which is uh BAD.
