Snagged from littleroo27

In April 2003 the BBC's Big Read began the search for the nation's best-loved novel, and we asked you to nominate your favourite books.

I've bolded the ones that I know I’ve read (yes there are some titles that I think I’ve read)….

The List )

Oh, I´ve actually read a decent number of these. I´m all impressed with myself now. And, I think you should read some Terry Pratchett ;)

Yeah, I was quite happy when I went through Roo's list and noticed I'd read a fair bit of them *nods*

The Pratchett isn't really calling to me, but I am thinking of reading -- once I've gotten through the pile I've got now -- to read Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist...

Heh, I've read a decent chunk of that list.....Sadly or not as the case may or may not be I'm sadly lacking in the Pratchett department

Uhm join?
It's basically a list for your own fun...
I love Stephen King and that was after years of saying I wouldn't like it. I actually love what he can make me see with his words and my own imagination...

But then - everyone's different and that's cool, too...

When I am home tonight after my swim I will join in this fun. :) I noticed I have read more of this list than I realised. Yay! Go me. *snorts.

And no Terry Pratchett for me either. He just doesn't appeal to me. :) See, great minds... *winks*
