Wow, how awful! I lost one of my dearest friends to AIDS, but of course that wasn't sudden by any means. I was talking about this the other day, how the randomness and speed with which life can disappear is frightening to me. Also, you should post some of your sketches :D

There are times when I'm hanging out with my friends or family, having a great time, and flashes of them being gone go through my mind. I try to ignore it but of all things, I fear death the most... Not because I'm afraid of dying, but because of the loss and despair. I don't really handle it too well. :\

As for the sketches... ::sigh:: My stupid scanner is on the fritz. It's under warranty, so I'll have to take it in, but that means I'll be without a printer/card reader for a while and I don't know if I can do that right now. :(
