Highlander and Batman: Two Great Tastes that Go Great Together!

This is the Highlander The Series / Batman-between-the-crises amalgamverse crossover genfic. About 3500 words and in need of some fact-checking still, but otherwise done. Until I start another section.

( Observe and Record: In Which Timothy Drake is given his first field Watcher assignment, and Adam Pierson has a conversation with Mr. Tall-Dark-and-Broody that doesn't end in drawn swords. Quite. )

Actually, despite the fact that he's the center of what I have that passes for a plot, Richard himself is probably the character that I see least clearly here - blending Dick Grayson and Richie Ryan seems to give me someone frighteningly similar to a grown-up version of pre-Crisis Jason - so I've kind of written around him, so far. The fact that almost everything is getting filtered through Tim-the-fanboy doesn't actually help, either.

Crossover whores are my kind of people! I'm glad you like it - I'll get back to you when another part is ready.

That was so freaking good! I love how you meshed the two together, making Richie and Dick the same guy and Amanda his Mom. Too good. You've written a damn good Methos which is bloody hard to do and you've kept true to the Gotham characters. My hat is off to you!! I hope you continue because really, that's just damn cool.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it! Especially my Methos - he's so slippery I can never convince myself I've actually got him right.

I'm glad you liked it! My Batman knowledge probably isn't nearly as deep as it should be to write this, but it's quite broad. The basics should be enough, more or less.

I guess I ought to go start polishing the second part, then.
