Another busy week has just flown by, today I am registering at 90.7 kilos, that is 199.959 pounds so rounded up is 199.99 pounds, in stones its 14.28 so 14 and a quarter stones. This feels very exciting indeed as honestly the last time I was in the 14 stones range I was only 16 to 17 years old.

the earrings and necklace set is called Liquid Silver from South Western Silver bought from QVC in 1996, it has the little silver feather signature tag and all the stones are chakra gemstones. I adore this set, the amount of times I've put it away and thought it lost forever only for it to surface again a couple of years later.
