Today I put my name on a sign-up list for people who would like to be trained for Sweetums over at Muppetvision 3-D in California Adventure (they're so desperate for people, they actually have sign-ups instead of auditions, i think that's a bad sign). today I started construction on my first puppet. I cut out the pattern and x-acto'd all of the pattern pieces in posterboard so I'll be able to use them again. I've made the foam/posterboard mouthplate and the fleece is in the dryer after the first wash, then I'm going to dye some of it green and cut out the pattern pieces ( Read more... )

Today rehearsal moves from the rehearsal halls to the actual playhouse stage. So now the dangers of falling into trap doors and pits are real.
