I've been a fan of Marian Call since early this Saturday morning when I found a web cast of her house concert on www.wholewheatradio.org.

I hope she'll be at Dragon Con in September so that I can see her in a live concert.

A long soak in the tub is really relaxing and I don't do it enough. I've done it now 2 nights in a row.  Especially if you have a glass of wine, or in my case very cheap bubbly left over from New Year's Eve.  You'll relax even when reading a serious academic book on Joss Whedon's Firefly ( Read more... )

I have two  men I'd like to go on a date with, Rick Castle from Castle and Vampire Bill  Compton from True Blood.

I just love Rick Castle.  It wouldn't be a dull date at all. He's humorous, a smart ass and a bit like a  child,  yet underneath he's a decent, intelligent guy.  The challenge would be bringing all that out of him.
