Writer's Block: Seeing stars
I have two men I'd like to go on a date with, Rick Castle from Castle and Vampire Bill Compton from True Blood.
I just love Rick Castle. It wouldn't be a dull date at all. He's humorous, a smart ass and a bit like a child, yet underneath he's a decent, intelligent guy. The challenge would be bringing all that out of him.
Bill Compton is a complex Southern gentleman wrapped up in a vampire shell. He really doesn't fit in with either humans or vampires and any date with him would be complicated by the fact that he only drinks True Blood and only hangs out at Merlott's or occasionally Fantagasia if Eric calls him.
It's likely though that the date wouldn't end well because he's so devoted to Sookie. I wouldn't like to end up like poor Saleh in the books. He declares his undying love to Sookie at Andy's wedding knowing that Saleh can hear every word he says.
