It's been about a month and a half fulltime and it's only getting better.Don't know why i waited so long,it's always taken me longer to accomplish things but it just makes finally getting there so much better. I was doing some shopping Wednesday night at a local Loews food chain here in North Carolina and i had my dog Jamiee with me in the car. ( Read more... )

If you haven't gone out in public much before making the leap to living full-time it may take a while to get comfortable.

Listen to Qualdy, every day is better and a little bit easier.

As for the guy in the truck, one of the best pieces of advice I was given was that people are usually too wrapped up in their own things to think about spotting transgender people on the street. People just go about their business, their own thoughts running through their heads "milk, bread, eggs..." "need to pick up the kids" "did I pay the gas bill?" etc.

The low profile thing can be the way to go though, just dress and act your age and there shouldn't be any questions.

Nice guys can be quite alluring, just follow your heart. It's about the hearts not the parts.

those first few stages of being full time can be very thrilling and exciting. It is nice to be really seen as a woman, enough that a guy will stop to flirt, or chat. Glad that things are going so well for you :)

I didn't know what to think,i still very much like women,but i gotta say he made me feel very comfortable and i know he only saw a woman,so awesome,i can't put in words how amazing it felt!
