Parenting skills???? I think Miles is not as bad at Math as the writers are. That "kid" hasn't needed a parent for about 10 years. Are they going to make Connor some half-witted schmuck who's gonna let "daddy" boss him around now all of a sudden? (And I love Bass and I'd love for them to gradually develop a good relationship but damnit, show, a 25+ adult man does not need parenting (or at least shouldn't need it), especially not by the father he has never knew and who is not really the kind of person who makes a good choices for himself let alone of other people, at least not in the last 5-15 years.

And LOL, "Neville and Julia continue to tango at Jason's dismay", boy that sounds like a very colorful and vivid schadenfreude at his expense. They tango at his dismay? And it's a continuing thing? That's kind of mean.

What even is that supposed to mean? LOL. I'm totally with you.

The uneasy discovery is totally Miles being Charlie's dad and I'm not ready for this frakkery, I'm really not. This is not what I want Gene and Charlie to ( ... )

Exactly! I hope it's just poorly worked and really what they mean is that Monroe has to decide if to leave Connor/er behind or take him with him or something, because that's a decision he gets to make. Making any kind of decision regarding Connor/er's life (I'm going to keep calling him this until NBC decides on the spelling) is not within his rights. He's a bio-dad, ntohing more, it's up to Connor/er to decide if he gets to have a ( ... )

I would love to have an Aaron-less episode. Jeez.

Monroe's parenting skills? REALLY?

I'd love to have an Aaron-less season, but I'd settle for an episode.

Monroe's parenting skills? REALLY?

I know! I don't know if to laugh or cry at what the show has become. I hope it's just poor wording, because it's not Monroe's place to parent this guy, he doesn't have that right just because he's his bio-dad.

LJ is failing at sending notifs. Again.

MONROE'S PARENTING SKILLS ARE PUT TO THE TEST

I don't even... WHAT. IS. THIS, S...T. I'm trying so hard not to quit this show and they're doing everything to make me fail. Where did you even get that idea. He's a grown up man. Also, what parenting skills?! What test?! Suddenly I miss the nanites. Damn, I miss the Patriots.

Where is Miles. He needs to fix it. He needs to go in, kill people and make it right.

Charlie and Gene. I'm denial about the big discovery. I'm focusing on the chance that they lost Aaron for good.

What's up with the Nevilles, they've been dancing for two episodes now.

The fail of Revolution synopses writing has been taken to a whole new level.

It's 1AM and once again I'm up watching Homeland, judging by my poor life choices I should become a honorary Matheson

Blasphemy, I miss none of those things. I think it's just a catchy title that makes no sense, at least that's what I'm hoping. Monroe doesn't have parenting skills, nor would he need them or have a right to make any decisions in insta's life. I'm hoping the decision is about himself in relation to Connor/er- should I stay or should I go, should I let him know I exist or not, etc. Otherwise I hope insta puts him in his place and reminds him that a one night stand does not a father make.

Where is Miles. He needs to fix it. He needs to go in, kill people and make it rightHe's off with Rachel, because the two are attached to the hip this season. Maybe they're at the sidelines giving parenting tips *shudders* or they're busy making out/drinking tequilas. And ( ... )

It has such a potential to further mess up all the things that are already bad. I think the title is both about Charlie and Insta, still not sure who's the second dad for him. I do hope it's Miles, at least that means some Miloe interaction. I wish we knew how much Insta know, does he know who his fathers is? Why he was send to Mexico? Had he ever met Miles or was it all arranged by Miles' 'friends'. If he knows Miles and what his history with Emma was, does he think he's his father? It ( ... )

It would be be an easy way out, let him believe that it's Miles, he's a crappy dad but because of who he is Insta is in danger so that's why he has to stay hidden. I hate the whole storyline, especially if it comes between Miloe. I don't know why the writers are obsessed with everyone having kids- soon we're going to discover that Aaron didn't know he had a kid with Priscilla, just so that every character over 40 has a kid. Imagine if Insta has a good relationship with Miles/he's like a ( ... )

Nika's rubbed off on you :D

It's now the Ivy 24/7 news outlet.

You're missing the episode synopsis tag and the Season two tag - btw.

__________

Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) and Julia (Kim Raver) continue to tango at Jason's (JD Pardo) dismay.

^^^ This made me laugh.

Like is 'tango' a euphemism? And should that be to Jason's dismay, not AT? And can that not be a euphemism, kthanx. Unless it means 'plan/scheme', I do not want to see a whole episode of dancing.

And anytime Jason's unhappy is good with me. But like...let's not waste screen time on unnecessary thing, Show.

The uneasy discovery is totally Miles being Charlie's dad and I'm not ready for this frakkery, I'm really not. This is not what I want Gene and Charlie to bond over/spend time doing!Ooooooh. I think you might be right, and to top off this unfortunate discovery MILES IS OUT OF THE COUNTRY. As is Rachel. So she gets to just mull this over with only Grandpanda ( ... )

Oh dear God, no, we'll chalk this up to team Nivy (why do I keep typing Nicy?) and assume Nika will resume her duties soon and I won't have to keep doing this.

Fixed, thanks. I posted in a hurry at night, of course I'll forget things.

I dunno, at the rate the show is going, them dancing a whole episode might not be so crack-y and out there? And it'll certainly beat more Patriots and Nanites stuff, at least it's different. And yeah, as a secondhand English speaker, I can only assume they mean to Jason's dismay and not at it. Jason's at his best when he's unhappy, but we don't really need the episode to spend a lot of time on it. Just cut to a few seconds of his disapproving-are-you-really-my-parents look ( ... )

I guess maybe best case scenario Charlie finds it out, she soaks it in, she talks it out with Gene, and then she buries it deep down and doesn't say a word about it when Miles and co get back from Mexico. Letting it stew.

No, but I don't want that. Charlie has had to swallow and push down way too many things already, I want her to make a fuss, throw a fit... it's not healthy to just keep ignoring things and shutting them somewhere deep down inside her. (Okay maybe, I'm projecting here, but the amount of stuff Charlie has never been answered and able express and to deal makes me want to scream. Poor girl.)

Because continuity is totally the writers' thing on this show... I'm waiting for the inevitable retcon where Miles and Bass are now 35 instead of 45 years old. That way they can make Connor like 16 years old, and it will be way less squicky for Charlie and Bass to hook up. See.. just ignoring cannon makes everything work out better in the end! Dear God I hope no one thinks I'm serious about this.

damnit, show, a 25+ adult man does not need parenting
Hith, could you please explain this concept to my mother?

And all this talk of delicate dances and tango... either they're taking it a little far with the metaphors, or Team Neville has joined DWTS. I can totally see New Vegas setting up a Dancing with the Stars type deal. It could also explain Bret Michaels' appearance... We could see all the underhanded plotting and scheming of Tom and Julia as they plan to take out the other competitors. This would still be more interesting than their current plotline.

LOL, they so would, especially considering they have no idea how old Nora was- 27 or 35. They suck at math worse than Miles.

Your mom at least raised you, Monroe had no part in insta's life till now, he has no right and no say in anything unless insta wants him to have a say.

Nope, mothers are unable to understand that concept ;)

I fully support the DWTS storyline! Can you imagine Miles' face if that really happened?! LOL
