Oh, and I've been wondering. One person has already followed suit and gotten a swingset after me this year. I wonder how long it will be until the next person does...

(Betcha most everyone else doesn't spend months researching or saving before buying theirs either...)

snark, swingset

Are you still open for fixing my pictures? I didn't want to overwhelm you with everything while you were all yucky feeling.

Oh, sure. Really, those are all such quick little things. If you email them to me, I can have them back to you within half an hour or less of when I next wake up (going to go lay down the second my friend arrives-- oh, she's here now - yay!).

So just email 'em to me - sncleghorn at cox dot net. :-)

Hope you got all four pics back now? I had to reboot my cable modem in the middle of sending them, as I wasn't happy with the speed. Let me know if I need to resend any of them.

Bet I do!!:P We aren't poor...but we aren't rich either!:P
The last one I bought took me thru the winter months before I finally got it thru the BEE for a super price of 250.00 for one of the big wooden tower ones....it was hard to move...but who cares for that price!!!:)

Yeah, I've heard you can get really awesome deals if you wait until the end of the summer or early fall - when so many swingsets are clearanced. We got ours when we did to help make up for Philip's being gone - Daddy is the ultimate swingset (throwing the kids into the air, swinging them around, etc.), and I needed SOMETHING for them to do for all these many months. We didn't want to wait until their birthdays to get it (both in August), because then the summer is practically over. So in late-March, we bought this swingset. We did get it during an '11% off sale,' and that helped save us about $130 - of course, I used some of that to buy the periscope, extra play handles and then I figure in the cost of the waterslide attachment... ;-)

Nope, not yet. But a holiday weekend is a perfect time for building one, so we'll see...
