I attribute all your trepidation to lack of worthwhile experience. Now im not berating you cuz i too have that same issue. But all and all, you're a great guy, and if shes anything as great a person as you say she is, she'll see you for it, and you and her shall be much happy forever! (yes im aware that much happy doesnt make sense but shh...you get the point).

ps. you are not the worst boyfriend in the world. that distinction goes to me lol. but yea...you can have the #2 spot.
