I also have psoriasis. I have been able to mostly manage it with a shampoo bar and white vinegar rinse, to which I usually add lavender or peppermint EO. Lavender has been the best for me. I get my shampoo bars from a local soap maker, but you can try Chagrin Valley. I've used them before and enjoyed their products, just found a local person so stopped buying from them. These practices and products have really toned down the scaly, itchiness for me so I hope you have success if you decide to try them!

Good point about the EOs. I've read of pubescent boys who used lavendar shampoos developing breasts.

I don't have psoriasis, but my JR Ligget shampoo bar is pretty gentle while doing the job. Listen to the people who actually have psoriasis first, but it might be worth a try!

Comes in paper packaging rather than plastic, too.

There are store brand versions of T-Gel which are exactly the same ingredients but significantly cheaper. I have eczema sometimes and the T-Gel is brilliant for it. I just get the store brand.

I know the Celandine oil is good for psoriasis, but I never tried it as I don't have psoriasis.
