What are your favorite ways to flavor and eat yogurt that don't involve adding any sugars? After my antibiotics, I'm now having issues with YIs and thrush and so I'm trying to eat as much yogurt as possible in addition to the prescription antifungals.
If I use yogurt in a soup or curry that is cooked, will I still get probiotic benefits? I don't

In answer to your question, no, you will not get the probiotic effects from yogurt if you cook it. Those are live cultures and cooking them kills them.
