Have you tried searching for a diaper "wet bag" online? I think that'd be more your size the small ones usually are about the size of a medium/large ziploc bag (you have to check specs since they all show diff sizes)

It's a water proof bag. Often used by those who clothe diaper or use cloth pads. If you look around on Etsy, you might also find some reusable food holding devices (I can't recall any names right now).

You can also search wet bags, and find cheaper ones (all the ones I found were super expensive, which I know you can find ones for less)

Its basically a reuseable bag but larger you put diapers in it but if you buy one new for just food it'd be fine.

Why not just put your pizza in tin foil? At least you can recycle it.

i was under the impression the second an object touches food if you can't wash it off you need to throw it away. also didn't think of it!

If you cook on it then yeah, the cheese may be stuck. But I haven't had a problem with leftover pizza sticking to foil, assuming you cooled it before you wrapped it up, and I reheat it on a plate.

This. Give 'em a good wash and let them dry well, and they're good to go for another round or five.

I have washed them with my clothes (usually whites), and I've also seen something that holds them open so you can put them in the dishwasher.

For meat, I don't actually wash my bags. I leave the bag in the freezer, and then when I'm ready to use it again, I put the meat directly into the cold bag. I don't want to risk the bacteria warming up and then getting insufficiently cleaned out.

But for big things, I'd totally just wash the bags out.
