If you're planning on remodeling or have just remodeled part of your home and are looking to stash all the ripped out materials somewhere, contact the ReUse People. They can provide materials or take your unused/leftover materials and redistribute them. Sounds neat, huh ( Read more... )

That ReUse people link looks amazing and it's very timely for me--we're going to redo a bit of the bathroom. too bad they aren't in Wyoming.. but then, what is?

yes, I think unfortunately they are somewhat limited location wise :\

Someone else who just commented suggested habitat for humanity reStores...which i'm unfamiliar with, perhaps there is one near you??

fairly close but I rarely take my truck that way. I think freecycle is good enough right now.

Excellent! Habitat for Humanity also has Habitat ReStores around. Kinda the same idea.
