If you have pure tea tree oil, that works great.

Other than that... I'm really sorry.

Try real aloe gel. Like from the plant. Aloe plants run cheap in big box stores (walmart, home depot, lowes) and only a little more at nurseries. Split open a leaf and bandage it over your burn.

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ON A BURN! Aloe wont kill you but don't put any ointmint or oils or anything like that. They dont allow your skin to breathe and can trap nasties. Cold water only keep uncovered!

keep running it under cold water. The stinging means that its still burning ever so slightly.

Err. No.
The stinging is your body reacting to the damage.
Not because it is still burning..

There is no cure for a burn.
First of all. DO NOT PUT ANY FREAKIN OINTMENTS ETC ON IT. You need to keep the burn clean and dry - and not slathered with anything like acv or aloe etc.
You *can* apply a dressing, if it requires one. But only a breathable dressing like a light gauze bandage.
The only thing you can do is wait for your body to heal itself.
Oh, by the way. Do NOT pop the blister.
