It's been a while and we need a war plan! I'm getting my factories ready, mustering the troops, and preparing for launching the largest assault force EVER! It will be glorious, nay, LEGENDARY!

What I need from you is naval power! You must assemble a fleet that Admiral Lord Nelson would be proud of (note, I just heard of him, he's is a total bad ass). Only ships, submarines, and aircraft carriers (maybe, a submarine-aircraft carrier)! Don't bother with marines, I have the best.
War on terror? I don't have much man power right now since I'm preparing for something else, but I'll do my best to aid you America-san! That is unless the enemies of freedom are people I care about...Speaking of which, who exactly are the enemies of freedom again? ...Ehehaha...

Anyways, It would be great if you could devote 40% of your workforce to general infantry (so pretty much all able working men) and the other 60% to industry.
Also, I can handle the airforce and UK is supplying the navy. And, as usual, Russia, UK, and I will assume generalship with me as the Supreme Allied Commander. You will still have generals and officers, but they will report to Allied Command.
Oh, and yes, I'm glad you asked. We're fighting the axis!
