Anyways, It would be great if you could devote 40% of your workforce to general infantry (so pretty much all able working men) and the other 60% to industry.
Also, I can handle the airforce and UK is supplying the navy. And, as usual, Russia, UK, and I will assume generalship with me as the Supreme Allied Commander. You will still have generals and officers, but they will report to Allied Command.
Oh, and yes, I'm glad you asked. We're fighting the axis!

As for HQ I was thinking of the Pentagon, but mobility is the key to war!
Therefore, HQ will be located on the USS Ronald Reagan, the largest Aircraft carrier in the world, and be defended by the Sixth and Fourth Fleets, and the Britsh Royal Navy.
