Yeah, I'm back (again! with a vengeance!Once again, I've been an horrible lj-er and month-old comments aren't answered. Argh! Sorry. I've been alternatively ill again and desperately trying to do the things I should have done at work and at home while I was ill ( Read more... )

Your sister is so lucky to have such a beautiful, custom-made picture for her wedding invitations! I love it!

Also - your cats look like they just stepped off the page. Even the really sketchy-sketches. Your talent never ceases to amaze me.

Hope you're feeling better!

Aw, thank you!

I felt very lucky to paint that invitation, too. A lot of joy to make and it's great to know that it will be enjoyed by the recipient :)

I'm glad you liked the sketches! As far as talent goes, I think I was lucky with those cats sketches. My quick drawings don't always turn out watchable!

I'm all right for the moment, I think, though tired because it's the bad time of the month. I hope it will last, too, because I've been feeling okay for a few days all the time the last month - but just long enough to prevent me to go to the doctor before the next illness!

OMG, that painting is wonderful! What a lovely thing to do for your sister. :)

And the cats are adorable. I want to give them scritches behind their little ears.

Hi! *hug*

Hello! *HUG*

Aw, your icon! I love Sophie with her big ears :)

Thank you!

I'm glad you liked the cats! There's one currently sleeping between the keyboard and the screen. I had to get the other down on the floor because she was lying on my right arm and it was hard to type. Especially since I was using the left hand to prevent her to spread on the keyboard. And Franck was only watching and laughing!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked the invite. Not caring about the perspective distortions while painting felt GREAT :)

My watercolours were all dusty, so don't feel too bad! I had to dust the paper sheet before beginning. But it's a great feeling to get those brushes to work again.
