And I really love how you point out the flashback scene, not many did that even though we thought a whole lot about it. And we hoped that it might get the character another spin and a little more depth/background. And THANK YOU for mentioning the change in Fernando, because we thought for ages about how to make it visible enough.
To be honest, I think if a story ever should end with a character death, it would have been this one. We were just too soft-hearted to go through with it. ^^ But you're right in that they're meant to be. :)
And thank you so much for saying this, it really, honestly means so much to us. ♥ The epilogue will be written now that our phase of stress is over. ;)
can't tell you how glad i was to see that you guys updated this. it was nice to see our boys together again and i love the way you left them at the end of this part. i'm really curious to see what will happen in the epilogue.
We always knew that we'd finish this story, no matter how long it would take us. It's just so good to know that so many people joined us on the ride. :) So a big thank you for that!
They're back together. Thank you. I'm so happy right now! I just want to cuddle this fic forever and ever and never let go! I've been following this thing the entire way, and I must say, it was an adventure of epic proportions :D With the plot that is so different that most of the things I've read before (especially in football fandom), and the characters, who I have fallen in love with. This has taken me through all kinds of emotions, and you've broken my heart, mended it, and broken it all over again. (then of course everything is good now).
You know we both love you, and you know that you're amazing, right? Those gifs contribute a whole lot to that. :D
Hehe, yeah, in the end we figured we'd make you and us happy and not choose to kill Fernando, even though we talked about it again and again right until the end.
The way you described the journey of the story actually made my heart melt a little, because this is what we write for, right? :) Thank you so much for having stayed with us through it all. ♥
