I love Liliandil's ("Lily"! So much easier to pronounce and much more acceptable to me) character in this story. She seems more real, approachable and likable here. Even in the short amount of time they've known each other, she and Lucy have become friends and can easily share a few thoughts together.

It's also nice to see her interact with Edmund (oh, Ed! The Knife still bothers you) and Caspian as well, and you've developed their relationship better than Lewis did, so we can see the beginnings of how she will become his Queen.

I really love the idea that Lily didn't fall in love with Caspian, but went with him in order to leave her island. I like also how easily she and Lucy become friends, and how unapproachable Edmund is (I'm thinking due to his uncomfortableness with the knife). Also, the glimpse into Ramandu and Tami's life is excellent - they don't love each other, but are just lonely together. A very bittersweet story.

I really like how you portrayed Liliandil in this - her growing friendship with Lucy, her discussions with Edmund and Caspian, the way she sees and understands what is happening around her, and to her, and the choices she makes and the reasons why.

And you’re not obligated to marry him if you don’t want to. Travel back with him. If you think you would both be happy together, then I would not think you wrong at all to marry him.

Lucy's a good friend, and very sensible. :D

I really like this deeper glimpse into Lewis' brief view of the star's daughter. I'm quite fascinated that it's not love, but loneliness and need that drives Lily. Nice glimpses into the Pevensies, too : )

Oooooh, this was very interesting; and I liked the glimmer (possibly?) of Lillandil being a bit gay for Lucy (A+++). A much better tour de force of how it would be to suddenly up and leave and marry Caspian than how it was writen in VDT. Nicely done! I enjoyed this!

I kept trying to put off replying to this because I was like "I can reply when there are reveals!" but I just have to say :DDDDD Lily is totaaaaally gay for Lucy, and I'm so happy that came through at least a little bit.
