Decided to capture something interesting today. This is playing around with Specific gravity and fluid dynamics.... And making drinks :-P

This is Midori Liquor and Triple Sec, layered under heavy cream and Godiva White Chocolate liquor, with simple syrup dripped through in a tall shot glass. Mostly tasted like melon and sugar.

Almost have this whole catering thing figured out :-) Pulled out my longer zoom lens for the first time in awhile, for some reason I had it in my head that I didn't like this lens but it worked really well for me today.

Tonight, jade_rabbit and I went to a tasting in the Chinese room near the top of Smith Tower. This gave us a gorgeous view of downtown Seattle and the sunset over Alki.

Got up really early this morning, and was thinking about doing a sunrise timelapse, however I didn't have any of the equipment with me to do what I wanted, and it ended up being way to cloudy to get a good shot anyway, so here are some morning clouds instead.
