I think that's a lovely idea. I had a wonderful time recording part of Morality for Beautiful Slytherins and reading some of my fics at The Witching Hour. It'd be interesting to see what authors think of others' readings of their fic.

I'd love it. I've often thought it'd be neat to have a job reading books aloud--I love doing that--but it never occured to me to read fanfic aloud. I'd be delighted to be part of that.

Would need to get a microphone first, though. *wry gryn*

I think that's a great idea; I'd definitely love to listen to good fic.

I think people would like to have really good quality recordings of their favorite fics. It's an especially nice thing for sight-impaired readers; the folks on my Yahoo group who are used to having screen-readers do the reading for them say there's no comparison between that and the very professional recordings Marc Harry's done of my work. I think I'd go nuts if I had to listen to everything with a screen-reader; I tried listening to the one that came on my laptop and it's really bad.
