This was done pre-NaNo so it doesn't count as a page, but I'd like some input nonetheless, since I no longer really have daily artsy friends (oh, how I miss them ;_;). The original image has a white background, which felt a bit awkward, so I put the sort of light blue textured gradient thing in instead. I'm not sure I'm entirely thrilled with it though, and would appreciate alternate background suggestions!

The six equally-sized panels on this page will be mostly flat-shaded grey (which gets done when I finalize the pages, so as to avoid as much pre-finalization page smudging as possible).
Ever been in a hotel room with the curtains drawn at daybreak? Know how there's ALWAYS that one stupid crack that the curtains won't stay closed over where the two panels meet? That's what the arrows are for here :x
Did you know? The only reference image I could find of someone towel-drying their hair was male, and I couldn't find any reference of someone putting on a clasp necklace (by themselves) from the back at all :( True, Sevvie's necklace (which prevents her from sunburning, if that wasn't quite clear from context yet) could probably just slip on over her head, but whatever!
Speaking of that necklace, how could I have forgotten to draw it! D:
