So, sourdough bread the first was a limited success. Good flavour, good texture and crumb, sadly it looked a bit like a large risen pancake. Hmmm, I think I may need to reconsider doing the secondary rise in a loaf tin, or possibly keeping the dough drier

A friend once made sourdough bread and underestmated how much it would expand so he had to transfer it from the large bowl he had to his bathtub...

She's just starting to walk, which is both supercute and hilarious, because she's so proud of herself that she falls over. We're well, but I'm tired and grumpy because of work issues.
