Survived first day at home all on my own

No-one died at all. This is a celebration! Mup came home and cuddled the squid. I did not lose my mind (more than usual). This is all scary territory folks. I applaud caffeine_fairy who asked recently what people did at home all day with a small person and a caesarian scar. So great to hear that you are all right and see more photos. I can't wait to hear all the details! (Gory and not ... after all I am going to be giving birth in less than 8 weeks, although hopefully not c-section.) When is a good time to call you?

She looks so much bigger than Iris was ... of course Gwen weighed almost 2 lbs more at birth, so not surprising.

Hmm, a good time to call is probably around 5-6ish our time? We'll be in Norfolk over the weekend with my parents though. The gory details aren't too gory, but I will be happy to go through it with you. How are you feeling? I'm so pleased not to be pregnant anymore.

ooh, I love your icon. It is you and your maaaaan! It is possible that I grew my little squid in a vat... That or that my DNA has beaten the DNA of the Mup in some wrestling style battle.

I've just noticed it looks as if we're peering up curiously out of the jar we're being held in by some mad scientist.
I think your DNA won because it was wearing highly shiny purple pants, and Mup's DNA was distracted and dazzled by the glare off them.

That is a cute wee baby. :) Do you feel the urge to moosh those legs?

Leg mooshing is required in this house. Also belly kissing, which gives her a SURPRISED expression.
