Saying it's NEW means they have an excuse for making us pay more tax.

I agree with you on all points. However if its *NEW* then he is *responsible* and can get *credit*, which is what its all about. Don't forget that the internet was invented by Al Gore.

not even in the next 5 years. As soon as it stops one person having to be in hospital, it pays for 2 pumps... And one of the women I know used to have hospital requiring incidents at least twice a year. So her pump has paid for a HYUUUGE number of other peoples' care.
