i like to keep track of my weight, even though i don't do anything when it changes. now i've always hopped on the scales at home and made a mental note but for the past 3 years i've been using the height/weight machine at my work (also a rough indication of how long i've been at that place) and the one odd thing i've noticed during this time is my ( Read more... )

Hmmm...

And yes your height changes over the day. because of gravity.
I hope that helps.. and oh yeah. BMI doesn't work well especially when you bulk up.
I've stayed at my weight whilst losing fat (you can see it) since boxing 3 months ago.

If you really wanted precise height measurements, you should talk to NASA. Or use a ruler. :D

That's your car in the photo hey? Ew, that'd suck. At least it wasn't anything too serious. Be much worse if anyone in the car was busted up that badly too.

it sux alright - friend cancelled a movie night that we'd planned for weeks, i had to arrange a half shift with somebody so i wouldn't be PTing late at night and i have to WALK!

car...yikes. u need to be taller so u can model and stuff. plus, u can reach tall things while others have to jump.
