So here's a hint, go buy shoes in the afternoon and not the morning.
What else is weird? Hmm... Oh yes, your body feels less responsive after meals, especially large meals because circulation devoted normally to your everyday use is diverted to your stomach for digestive purposes.
And nobody knows the real reason why we need to sleep, and in particular, why people need varying amounts of sleep to function effectively.
