I love windmills ~ and to see them at work!
Here in Michigan ~ Holland, Michigan ~ we have a Dutch windmill that was brought here from the Netherlands and reassembled. I've gone to Windmill Island several times. When I have guests visiting the area I take them to Windmill Island so they can see the windmill ~ Love the history of it all.
My husband's parents were from Friesland NL
