I went to town; Abe called and needed his digeriedoo. I went over to Home Hardware and bought three bags of shingles so I can do the kitchen roof. I just noticed this morning from Abe's room how bad the roof was where the edge of the upper roof overhangs it a little bit

What? You climbing on the roof to do a shingle job?

Where are some of the younger men in the family to do this stuff ~ seriously!

Well, I shingled two of the other roofs. I thought I had done this low one, but I guess not. Don't worry, it's not too steep or too high. I can also climb out the window to get on the roof.

It won't take long to do it. But it's hot out now, so I'll wait till it's cooler and till I have some more energy.
