Chris's POV was fun. I think you did capture some of how he pretends to be happy, but is unhappy inside, and some of his true resentment of Bob, too.

It was fun to read all of the past actions of Chris and Katie. I liked Katie, but it amused me on the show how they wrote her as this "sweetheart" at the end. She was so much more, lol. I'd like to see a fic where she talks Reid into some trouble.
Thanks! I can't imagine anyone [except maybe Luke] into doing something bad but I can see him trusting her advise on something relationship-related and it back-firing horribly.

What's so great about this story is that no one does anything to Chris. He has these feelings of oppression but really he barely registers in anyone's day. Self-absorbed, always blaming others creep!

Thanks very much! I think I especially love imagining how horrible the Katie/Chris relationship would probably be because of all of the "Katie's the sweetheart of the show, we couldn't possibly give her an unhappy ending" spield that Goutman did. Can't imagine anyone thinking that ending up with Chris is a Happy Ever After ending.
