Wow! *impressed* I think we touched on this during our conversation last Christmas day. Seasons hmmm...yup I think I have an idea what you're talking about here :)
Talagang this is something for you to be inspired this way. Dalaga na nga si Ms. Piggie :)
LOL! Yes, you played your part too. You got me to thinking about timing and after a bit more reflection, I realized it's possible. Plus your email regarding reasons, seasons, lifetimes, and a little sprinkle of angst and tada! Inspiration!
You know, I really, really like that phrase, "a season too early"
Hahah! I really write whenever I feel something strongly, whether it be negative or positive. :p Ganda ng outlet eh, heh. You should try it. ^_^
Ehehe...I think you heard this from many times from us already, but I'll say it anyway...I loved it. It really is beautiful. I loved the parallelism between the passing of the seasons and the passing of the one who came too early, left too early, but returned far, far too late.
Favorite lines: The trees are weeping as we Are covered in the soot of dusk Black and red, shadows and leaves
I can picture that scene in my head, and it has a really sad feel to it.
Waah. Actually, the whole poem's really sad. ;_; But I think the sadness is part of what makes the poem really beautiful. Ehehe...you do like writing angst, ne? And you're really good at it, too. ^^
*glomps* Belated Merry Christmas! ^___^ I think I sent you a text message, but it might have gotten lost somewhere due to the network congestion. ^^;
I was reviewing my old entries and I can't believe I never responded to this. 0___0 I'm so sorry, Misty!
Thanks so much for the comment. Yes, angst, I do angst much better than fluff! Har har! I suppose I only really write when I feel sad. I wrote this just before turning someone away, even if it was the holiday season, LOL.
I did get your text and replied. I don't think you got mine though, eek. ^^;
