[003] In which Riku teaches Naminé to sing (Sound of Music style!)

Naminé sits by the window, sketchpad in front of her -- as always, but she isn't drawing this time. The large pad of paper is sitting on her lap, closed and neglected.

Instead, Naminé is staring out of the glass, daydreaming. She's thinking about a certain someone with a rather dreamy look on her face, imagining the feel of a soft, sea-breeze

There's the rapid stamp of boots outside, coming closer to her door. It seems that there may or may not be some excitement outside - but what could it be?

Whatever it is, it has to do with Riku - as when the door opens, he's right behind it. But there's no clue as to why he was running, as there isn't anybody out there.

He's not even dressed for the occasion of being in the castle. No blindfold, no cloak - what could be going on here? There's a light shining in his eyes.

"Mind if I hide out here?" he asks, with a crooked sort of grin.

Namine turns around in her seat in response to the strange commotion, and then there's the sound of Riku's voice.

"What?" she asks startled, blinking at the door. "What happened?" She stands up and her sketchpad falls to the ground.

"Nothin' much," Riku says, kicking the door shut and shoving a dirty and ripped old paperback into his back pocket. "Just havin' some fun."

Even in a place like this, one had to find entertainment sometime.

She giggles. "They didn't hear you, did they?" she asks, still glancing towards the door. She can't hear any footsteps, though. That's a relief.
