First post of the year

Guess this is the first entry for this year. Well, I have nothing spectacular to share with the world :P With the new year came here also loads off snow. It is still snowing and rather hard. But here it looks very nice, with the snow. The old houses, the trees, the woods, the fields and the little villages. It's a bit like in a fairy tale

The best thing in winter is the silence, I think. I just love walking through the woods and along the roads and hear only the crunching of my feet on the snow.

Here in Bavaria there are lots of winter camp sites, and I remember fondly my winter holidays in our caravan, it was not always easy, 4 people, a cat and a rabbit in one litte aluminium tin, but it was so much fun (well, having to go through the snow every time you needed a bathroom was less fun, but nowadays the campers have all indoor plumbing, I think!)

Lovely photos! And I liked the blue tint - it makes the pictures freezing:) ike you can really fell the cold air and even as if you happened to get to a Snow Queen land:)
