Guess this is the first entry for this year. Well, I have nothing spectacular to share with the world :P With the new year came here also loads off snow. It is still snowing and rather hard. But here it looks very nice, with the snow. The old houses, the trees, the woods, the fields and the little villages. It's a bit like in a fairy tale ( Read more... )

I guess 1st of January is for many a dead day. I say many because there are other "many" that actually go out and have fun or at least a bit of movement after sitting inside and stuffing themselves with holidays food. Near Schloss Moritzburg there is this Fasanenschlösslein ("little pheasant castle"), a house where probably went when they were going hunting. Near the house - pheasants.
