Memories of the sea

I love the sea. I don't fancy the usual sunny-beach-full-of-people-and-their-loud-chattering-and-music thing. I prefer to go to the sea when it's out of season, when you can see clouds, waves, rain, million and million shades of colors of the sky and the water. The beach on the Baltic Coast is definitely different from the beaches in Spain, Greece

Really wonderful pictures. I like the cold beach, the overcast skies. The fact that the beach is unpopulated makes it even cooler!

There were people on the beach, only walking, but only few, that day, because of the rain. But the rainy beach and the overcast skies, the dark, agitated waters give the mood for dreaming. It was nice. After that, we went to warm ourselves up with grog and huge ice creams, in a coffee shop.

Ohhhhh how I love the sea, to listen to the waves, just sitting on the sand and listen, the wind blowing in your hair.....beautiful pics that makes we want to go to the beach very soon again

TY You have a bit of sea there too, in them Netherlands. Really wonder how it is there.

Well I live about 20 min cycle away from the beach...and you and Gaby are always welcome to stay in my humble place
