I am going to a Mardi Gras Masquerade on the 5th. (Everyone knows this, because I keep telling people about it. It sounds like it's going to be SO FUN.) There will be a costume contest! There are Mccalls and Simplicity pattern sales this weekend at Joanns, and all of their home decor fabric is on sale. Am I insane enough to try to make a dress

It is the 5th, here in Cary. It's $30 for dinner, dancing, vendors, etc. Nothing like going to NO, though! You're so lucky! You'll have a blast!
